How much does roadside assistance cost?+
Request a quote with your location, vehicle and service needed. The service price and any applicable parts or travel costs must be confirmed before work begins. Published flat rates are not available yet.
Are you available 24 hours a day?+
Contact us to check current availability. We do not currently advertise guaranteed round-the-clock service or a fixed arrival time.
Do I need my own spare for a tire change?+
Yes. A spare tire change requires a usable spare that fits your vehicle. Tell us if you have a wheel-lock key or if your car has no spare.
Can every flat tire be fixed at the roadside?+
No. Tire condition, damage location and safe access matter. Sidewall damage, a damaged wheel or a tire driven on while flat can require a tire shop or towing. Roadside puncture assistance is not a substitute for a proper internal inspection and permanent repair.
Do you offer towing, fuel delivery or lockouts?+
Those services are not part of our current advertised launch services. Our focus is jump-starts, spare tire changes, tire assistance and battery help.
How do I know someone is on the way?+
Wait for a direct response confirming service availability, your location, pricing and the agreed next steps. Sending a message alone does not dispatch assistance.
